Online and In-person Sales Training and Coaching

Transformative provides many avenues for Sales Training and Coaching, but one of the most popular and effective is our Online Sales Training coupled with live coaching. There are 57 learning modules for both Salespeople and their Sales Managers.

The training process uses interactive repetition to help engrain the technique or skill. First the student will complete an online module which takes 30 to 45 minutes each to complete. This can be done at any time from any device. The next step is a live coaching event where the material from the online module is discussed, questions asked and even role playing if appropriate to the material being discussed. Afterwards additional coaching helps to reinforce the concepts.

The Training/Coaching Process

Our process begins with an assessment of current skills, techniques and competencies (Insights Report), which is reviewed with each participant.
Next we take this data to develop the training and coaching curriculum for each of the participants.
Each participant is given a login and password to access the training modules.
A module will be assigned for completion and the participant can complete this on their schedule from any device.
A virtual coaching event is scheduled to review the materials and assignments given during the completion of the online module.
Once a module is completed, we will move on to the next.
Course work is either 6 or 12 months in length.
Participants have access to all online materials for 12 months.
